Members of the Durand Village Tenants Association also agreed to add these guidelines as part of the tenant meeting guidelines for all discussions within the group.
- Use Respectful/mindful language.
- Stay on Time and Topic.
- Cell phones put on vibrate during meetings.
- Control temper.
- Be Proactive and Positive.
- Chair leading the meeting will recognize one speaker at a time.
- All discussions within the meeting are to be viewed as confidential.
- While the committee may wish in the future to explore additional forms of distribution of Tenant Association information (i.e. meeting notes, upcoming meeting notifications and agenda) the current distribution of information will be by email to all Durand Village Tenant Association members.
