Doreen...thank you for the recent videos....great help....there are two apartments on the penthouse floor in our building that are in violation to the point where you can smell it in the halls constantly...i dont live up there and luckily it doesn't effect me....I have had my share over the years but luckily those tenants have moved on...... I hope residents see your video and become proactive because Smoke Free should be fully supported!!!!!
